Log Cabin Wireless Link

This install serves as a typical example of a residential point to point wireless link. The customer needed a reliable internet connection for video conferencing in their log cabin 70 meters from the house but wired connection wasn’t viable. So two Ubiquiti Nanostation’s were used to provide a solid 302Mb point to point connection with the house supplying their full 110Mb internet connection to a Ubiquiti wireless access point for rock solid WiFi in the cabin and surrounding workshops.

All external wiring was kept to a minimum with just one 10mm hole drilled though the wall of the house near the internet modem and one in the wall of the log cabin.
